Agency CM services are fee-based, similar to Program Management services. We operate as an extension of your staff to represent your interests on the project.  We provide advice and consultative services throughout the course of the project, including but not limited to: budget and schedule development, obtaining project approvals, contractor selection, monitoring the budget and schedule, ensuring quality and safety compliance, etc.

 

Under this delivery method, you maintain the financial risks of the project – including directly contracting with the trade contractors. 

 

Agency CM services are ideal for larger construction projects (new and renovation/rehabilitation) where the owner relies on the our construction expertise to provide unbiased and objective advice on project costs, scope of work and schedule while you are directly involved in the selection and management of the trade contractors.
