Preconstruction services provides you with an evaluation of the project’s cost and schedule and, identifies (and addresses) any potential construction issues which may affect the budget and schedule.  We will work with you and your team to:

 

• Prepare preliminary budgets.

• Perform an analysis of various design options and products which provide the best value (value engineering/value management).

• Review the construction plans and specs for any potential issues, gaps, etc.

• Develop and maintain the construction schedule.

• Develop and manage subcontractor bid packages.
