This 22-story, 180 guest room hotel in Manhattan, built from the ground up, presented several challenges, including: a complicated underpinning and rock removal and complicated site logistics which required the establishment of a pedestrian traffic zone in the building and reinforcement of the first and sub-cellar floors to support the project care.

This 19-story, 684,000 SF building was constructed along the Hudson River in Jersey City. This steel-framed building features premium Class A office space, along with multi-tiered pedestrian plaza, public walkway along the waterfront and public access to the Manhattan ferry.

Main Street at Exton is a one million SF open air lifestyle center located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Constructed on the former site of the Foote Mineral Company, this project required extensive site development work: over 500,000 cu. yds. of cuts and fills, blasting and removal of 100,000 cu. yds. of rock, installation of signalization, extension of site utilities and the widening of two state highways.

The Porter House was originally designed and built for Julius Wile and Sons as a wine warehouse and distribution facility in 1905. This innovative design included renovating the existing six-story building and reinforcing the structure to support a cantilevered four additional levels above. The new luxury condominium contrasts old with new and offers upscale amenities such as Jatoba hardwood floors, Feretti kitchen cabinetry with Viking appliances and honed white Carrera marble bathrooms.

Plaza 4A is a ten-story building with seven levels of post-tension parking deck and three levels of Class A office space. Located in Jersey City, NJ this 650,000 SF building spans two subway tunnels, requiring piles, caissons and massive foundation beams.

Located in the Park Slope neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY, this new 12-story mixed-use building presented challenges typical in urban construction, such as: a congested and active construction site, community approvals, etc. The result is a full-service luxury condominium with amenities, such as a chef's kitchen, Calacatta-honed marble countertops, Zuma deep-soak tubs, onsite parking, business center, among others.
